Programs

A program must be active in order to appear on the Program field for a project.

You can make a program active while editing the program.

An approval process must be active in order to appear on the Approval Process field for a project, task, or issue.

A milestone path must be active in order to appear on the Milestone Path field for a project.

Custom forms

A custom form must be active in order to appear on the Custom Form field for another object.

You can make a custom form active while editing the custom form.

Companies

A company must be active in order to appear on the Company field for a project, a user, or a template.

You can make a company active while editing the company.

Users

A user must be active in order to appear in any type-ahead fields of all other objects when making assignments or sharing them.

You can deactivate users from the user page, or as you are editing a user.

IMPORTANT
If your organization has been onboarded to the Adobe Business Platform, you must deactivate users through the Adobe Admin Console.

Teams

A team must be active in order to appear in any type-ahead fields of all other objects when making assignments or sharing them.

You can deactivate teams when you edit a team.
