I'm set as the owner of a new project When a user is assigned as the owner of a project, that user receives an email notification. If the Project owner is the same user who made the assignment, an email notification is not sent. Users with a Review license do not receive a notification. Turn this on because they're being assigned to something. Assigning something, sharing something, getting access for something.
