Configure personal time off in Workfront

  1. Click the Main Menu icon Main Menu in the upper-right corner of Adobe Workfront, then click your user name next to your profile picture. Or (if available), click your profile picture in the top navigation area, then click Workfront Profile.
NOTE
If you are on the Adobe Unified Experience, you can access your Workfront profile by clicking the Adobe account menu (your profile picture) in the top navigation area, then choosing Workfront Profile.

  1. In the left panel, click Time Off.

  2. Select the desired date for your personal time off.

  3. Select All day, if you are taking a full day off.

    Leave the check box cleared if you are taking less than a full day off and indicate the start and end times of your time off.

  4. Click Save.

    Your time off is now visible across the Workfront system in the resource management tools like the Resource Planner and the Workload Balancer. When you are assigned work during this time, a tool tip informs the user that you have scheduled time off.
