Boards email notifications and preferences

Adobe Workfront Boards sends you an email when you are added to a board and when a card is assigned to you. The notifications are turned on by default and you can select in your Boards preferences which emails you want to receive.

You will also receive an email when you are tagged in a comment on a connected card, depending on your email notification settings. For more information, see Modify your own email notifications. At this time, users tagged in comments on ad hoc cards do not receive an email notification.

Access requirements

You must have the following access to perform the steps in this article:

Adobe Workfront plan*
Adobe Workfront license*
Request or higher

*To find out what plan, license type, or access you have, contact your Workfront administrator.

Set preferences for Boards emails

  1. Click the Main Menu icon Main Menu in the upper-right corner of Adobe Workfront, or (if available), click the Main Menu icon Main Menu in the upper-left corner, then click Boards.

  2. Click Preferences on the boards dashboard.

  3. Select whether you want to receive emails for being added to a board and assigned to a card.
