Downloading a Proof in the proofing viewer
You can download files from an existing proof. Comments and other information associated with the proof are not included in the download.
Access requirements
You must have the following access to perform the steps in this article:

*To find out what plan, role, or Proof Permission Profile you have, contact your Workfront or Workfront Proof administrator.
Downloading a Proof in the proofing viewer

Go to the project, task, or issue that contains the document, then select Documents.

Find the proof you need, then click Open proof.

In the toolbar on the left of the proofing viewer, click the Download button.

Browse to the location on your file system where you want to download the proof, then click Save.
