Use Smart Filters to find your work in Priorities
Use natural language to quickly filter work in the Priorities worklist. You can type things like
- Show me late tasks
- Show me tasks due this week
- Show top priorities
Only available for IMS-enabled instances.

Catch up on work in Priorities
You can use Catch me up to help reduce the amount of time looking for information on active projects.
Powered by Workfront’s AI Assistant, Catch me up summarizes updates, uploaded documents, and other notable changes about your projects within the following time frames: 24 hours, 3 days, or 7 days.

View changes live on the Details page in Priorities
You can now view real-time updates on the Details page of a task or issue. You can also see if others are viewing the page at the same time as you with real-time presence indicators.

Upload and view documents and proofs in Priorities
You can now interact with documents and proofs for tasks and issues in the worklist and calendar. In the new Documents tab, you can
- Upload a document
- Create a proof
- Launch the proofing viewer
- And more

Calendar view now available in Priorities
You can now track your work with a clear, visual calendar. With the Priorities calendar, you can
- Use filters to find your work
- Apply custom fields like status and focus level to identify high-priority work
- Apply colors for quick organization
- And more

Updates to the Priorities worklist
We have updated the Priorities worklist to improve capabilities and align with other areas of the application.
Visual changes
- Filter, views, and grouping options now appear on the left side of the worklist header
- New look for column and grouping drop-down menus
- Total number of list items now in the bottom-right corner of the worklist
- New expanded search bar on the right side of the worklist header
- Sort items within the groupings
- Drag and drop items when grouping by My Priority or Status

Removed
- You can no longer create tasks and issues directly in the worklist. You must use the Create new button in the top-right corner of Priorities.
Navigate to a project’s Details page from Priorities
You can now navigate directly to a project in Workfront from the Priorities worklist.

Updated options in the My Focus column in Priorities
We have updated the options in the My Focus column to help you prioritize and sort your work in a more intuitive way. The new labels include
- Urgent
- High
- Normal
- Low
This change makes it easier to view and organize work based on urgency. For more information, see Prioritize important work items.
View project details in Priorities
You can now view project details and comments from the worklist in Priorities.
