Filter by user on the Kanban board

You can use the filter on a Kanban board to see which work items are associated with other users and which are unassigned.

Filter by user on the Kanban board

To filter a Kanban board:

  1. Click the Main Menu icon Main Menu in the upper-right corner of Adobe Workfront, or (if available), click the Main Menu icon Main Menu in the upper-left corner, then click Teams.

  2. (Optional) Click the Switch team icon Switch team icon , then either select a new Kanban team from the drop-down menu or search for a team in the search bar.

  3. Go to a Kanban board.

  4. Click the Filter drop-down menu on the right side of the Kanban board.

  5. Select one or more users or Unassigned.

    NOTE
    • The column totals do not change based on the filtered results. Column totals display the totals for all work items on the board. A maximum of fifty cards is displayed by default, but you can click Show More to display additional cards.
    • Filters are not applied to the Backlog column.
