Get help from AI Assistant

AI Assistant can locate information from Workfront documentation, eliminating the need for you to visit Adobe Experience League to get the help you need.

For example, if you ask AI Assistant “How do I create a request queue,” it returns instructions for creating the request, pulled from the article Create and manage Request Queues.

Prerequisites

  • Your Workfront administrator must have enabled AI Assistant for your organization.

  • Your Workfront administrator must have enabled AI Assistant for your access level.

Get information from AI Assistant

To get information or instructions from the Workfront Documentation using AI Assistant:

  1. Click the AI Assistant icon AI Assistant icon near the upper-right corner of the screen.

  2. In the AI Assistant panel, enter your prompt in the text area near the bottom of the panel.

    AI Assistant may take a few moments to locate the information, depending on how large or complex the prompt is. We recommend simple prompts.

  3. View the response in the AI Assistant panel.

  4. (Optional) If the response does not contain the information you need, refine your response and try again.

  5. (Optional and conditional) If the response includes a link to an Adobe Experience League article, click the link to open the article in a new window.
