IMPORTANT
CX Coworker is not currently available to organizations in health care, finance, or some other industries with sensitive data. AI Assistant is available to these organizations. For more information, see AI Assistant overview.

CX Coworker Chat is a conversational interface for getting work done. You describe a goal in plain language, and Coworker plans the work, executes it across your Adobe and connected systems, validates the results, and brings the finished work back to you for approval.

Everything your team relies on in AI Assistant today continues to work, but now has more powerful, end-to-end capabilities, available both in a new full-screen experience and in the Workfront right rail.

Coworker respects your organization’s existing product-level access controls. Users can only take actions they’re already permitted to take in Workfront. Coworker has read-only access by default, and system admins control when users have Write access.

Coworker is part of the Adobe ecosystem, and is not just limited to Workfront.

For information on using CX Coworker in Workfront, see Use CX Coworker in Workfront.

For more information on Coworker and its capabilities, see Adobe CX Enterprise Coworker Chat overview.

For skills available in Coworker in Workfront, see CX Coworker skills.

For example prompts, see the prompts in the article Use the Adobe Workfront MCP server.
