Use CX Coworker in Workfront
The highlighted information on this page refers to functionality not yet generally available. It is available only in the Preview environment for all customers. After the release to Preview, the same features are also available monthly in the Production environment for customers who enabled fast releases.

You can access CX Coworker inside of Workfront.
When using Coworker in Workfront, it can work with information and objects that:
- Are in Workfront or Workfront Planning.
- You have permissions for.
Because Coworker is part of the larger Adobe CX Enterprise ecosystem, you can use Coworker to work with information and objects in other Adobe products, either in the right rail in Workfront, or you can jump from Workfront into the Adobe CX Coworker interface.

Prerequisites

You must have existing access and permissions to a Workfront object before you can interact with it in CX Coworker. For example, you must have at least View access to a project to see information about it in Coworker.

Your Workfront administrator must enable the Write MCP tools option in your organization’s System Preferences before you can make any changes in Workfront through CX Coworker. By default, CX Coworker has Read-only capabilities.

Use CX Coworker in Workfront

At the top of any Workfront page, click the CX Coworker icon
.

Type your question or prompt into the panel at the right of the screen.

If Coworker does not provide the answer you need, refine your prompt and try again.

Use any of the actions in the chat input box:
- + (Attach): Open the attach menu to add a file or a data object to the message.
- Plan mode: Ask Coworker Chat to propose a step-by-step plan and pause for your approval before it acts. Turn it off to let Coworker Chat act directly.
- Transcript view: Control how much of Coworker Chat’s internal activity is shown: Normal, Focus, or Verbose.
- Microphone: Dictate your message with voice input. Select again to stop recording.
- Send: Send the message. While Coworker Chat is responding, this becomes a Stop control you can use to interrupt.

To view and manage previous chats, click the Chats icon
in the CX Coworker panel.

To view and manage chat artifacts, such as output lists, click the Artifacts icon

To go into the Adobe CX Coworker interface, click the Apps icon
at the upper-right corner of the page and select Coworker from the list of available apps.
