Enable or disable AI Assistant in Workfront
To enable AI Assistant for a given access level:
- Click the Main Menu icon
in the upper-right corner of Adobe Workfront, or (if available), click the Main Menu icon
in the upper-left corner, then click Setup
.
- Select Access Levels in the left navigation.
- Select the desired access level, then click the Edit
icon above the list.
- In the Set additional restrictions… area of the Edit Access Level box, uncheck the Disable the Workfront AI Assistant checkbox.
- Click Save.
- Repeat steps 3-5 for each access level you want to enable AI Assistant for.
NOTE
- AI Assistant is disabled by default for non-admins.
- If a non-admin interacts with the AI Assistant icon in Workfront, the AI Assistant agreement appears requesting the non-admin to accept the terms and conditions. If they accept the agreement, they can use AI Assistant even though it is disabled in their layout template.
