Enable or disable AI Assistant

As a Workfront Administrator, you can control which users in your organization have AI Assistant enabled. This is managed through access levels.

Access requirements

You must have the following access to perform the steps in this article:

Adobe Workfront plan

New: Any

or

Current: Not available

Adobe Workfront license

New: Standard

or

Current: Not available

Access level configurations
You must be a Workfront administrator.

Enable or disable AI Assistant in Workfront

AI Assistant is enabled by default.

To disable AI Assistant for a given access level:

  1. Click the Main Menu icon Main Menu in the upper-right corner of Adobe Workfront, or (if available), click the Main Menu icon Main Menu in the upper-left corner, then click Setup Setup icon .
  2. Select Access Levels in the left navigation.
  3. Select the access level for which you want to enable AI Assistant.
  4. In the Edit Access Level window, scroll down to the bottom of the window and click Set additional restrictions….
  5. In the Set additional restrictions area, enable the option Disable the Workfront AI Assistant.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Repeat steps 3-6 for each access level for which you want to disable AI assistant.
