Notifications: Delegation
The following notifications let you know about task and issue delegations you made or others made for you in Adobe Workfront.

NOTE
These notifications are enabled by default. You cannot configure these notifications for a daily digest email.
Delegation
Fields displayed in the email
Type of email notification
I delegate my tasks and issues (confirmation): The user who delegates their tasks and issues receives a confirmation that they configured the delegation. The subject of the instant notification email is: You delegated your tasks and issues to (Name) from (Start Date to End Date).
Delegate name Start and end dates of the delegation

I stop the delegation of my tasks and issues (confirmation): The user who stops the delegation of their tasks and issues receives a confirmation that they stopped the delegation. The subject of the instant notification email is: You stopped your delegation of tasks and issues to (Name).

Someone delegates their tasks and issues to me: The user who is delegated to someone’s tasks and issues receives an email notification when the delegation starts. The subject of the instant notification email is: (Name) delegated tasks and issues to you from (Start Date to End Date).
Assignee name Start and end date of the delegation

Someone stops the delegation of their tasks and issues to me: The user who was delegated to someone else’s tasks and issues receives an email notification when the delegation stops. The subject of the instant notification email is: (Name) stopped task and issue delegation to you.
