Delete a calendar report
The highlighted information on this page refers to functionality not yet generally available. It is available only in the Preview Sandbox environment.
You can delete a calendar that you own or that others shared with you. Once deleted, the calendar becomes inaccessible to users with whom you have shared it.
You can’t delete your default calendar unless you have an existing alternative calendar. If you try to delete all of your calendars, the system automatically creates a default calendar for you.

You must have the following access to perform the steps in this article:

Delete a calendar report in Production
- Go to the calendar you want to delete.
- On the Calendar toolbar, click Calendar Actions, then select Delete from the drop-down list.
- Click Yes, Delete It.
Delete a calendar report in Preview

Go to the calendar you want to delete.

Click the More menu next to the Calendar drop-down menu.

Select Delete from the drop-down list.

Click Delete.
