Delete a calendar report

You can delete a calendar that you own or that others shared with you. Once deleted, the calendar becomes inaccessible to users with whom you have shared it.

You can’t delete your default calendar unless you have an existing alternative calendar. If you try to delete all of your calendars, the system automatically creates a default calendar for you.

You must have the following access to perform the steps in this article:

Edit access to Reports, Dashboards, and Calendars

Note: If you still don't have access, ask your Workfront administrator if they set additional restrictions in your access level. For information on how a Workfront administrator can modify your access level, see Create or modify custom access levels.

Object permissions

Manage access to the calendar report, with access to delete it.

Delete a calendar report

  1. Go to the calendar you want to delete.
  2. On the Calendar toolbar, click Calendar Actions, then select Delete from the drop-down list.
  3. Click Yes, Delete It.
