Log time using the Adobe Workfront plugin
You can log time for projects, tasks, and issues you’re working on directly in any of the following Adobe Creative Cloud applications:
- Photoshop
- XD
- InDesign
- Illustrator
- Premiere Pro
- After Effects
Access requirements
You must have the following access to perform the steps in this article:

Prerequisites
You must install the correct plugin for the Adobe Creative Cloud application you’re using:
- For Photoshop, see Install Adobe Workfront for Photoshop
- For XD, see Install Adobe Workfront for XD
- For InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects see Install Adobe Workfront for design and video
Log time using the Adobe Workfront plugin
The Workfront administrator determines which project-specific hour types are available as described in Manage hour types.
To log time using the Workfront plugin:

Click the Menu icon in the top-right corner, then select Work List. You can also use the menu to navigate to parent objects.

From the Work List, select the work item you need to log time to.

Click Time in the navigation bar.

(Optional) Choose the Hour Type from the drop-down menu.

Enter the time in hours for the day you need.

Click Submit.
