Copy a layout template
You can copy an existing layout template. This is helpful when your organization needs multiple layout templates that share many of the same settings.

Access requirements
You must have the following access to perform the steps in this article:

Access level configurations | To perform these steps at the system level, you need the System Administrator access level. To perform them for a group, you must be a manager of that group. |

Copy a layout template

Click the Main Menu icon in the upper-right corner of Adobe Workfront, or (if available), click the Main Menu icon in the upper-left corner, then click Setup .

In the left panel, click Interface > Layout Templates.

Click the name of the layout template you want to modify.

Click Copy.
All settings except for the name, description, and user assignments in the existing layout template are copied to the new template.

In the screen that appears, type a new Layout template name and (optional) a Description for it.

Assign the template to the users who need it, as described in Assign users to a layout template.
