Add cards to an iteration

NOTE
You must create an iteration before you can add cards to it. For information, see Create an iteration in a workstream.
  1. Access the card list for the workstream.

  2. Select the Iteration view to see which cards are assigned to an iteration and which are unplanned.

  3. Select an unplanned card in the list and click Edit.

  4. Select an iteration in the Iterations field.

  5. If you are using story points, enter a value in the Estimation field.

  6. Click Save.

The card is moved to the iteration, and the iteration metrics reflect the number of cards and points.

You can also drag and drop a card from the Unplanned cards group into the iteration, or click Add card to add a new card to the iteration.

TIP
If you have created an iteration process board, all unplanned cards on the card list appear in the Backlog column. When a card is moved into another column, it becomes part of the active iteration. Cards that you add to the iteration in the card list are added to a column based on their status.
