Log in and out of Adobe Workfront for Google Workspace

You must have the following access to perform the steps in this article:

Work, Plan

*To find out what plan, license type, or access you have, contact your Workfront administrator.

Prerequisites

Before you can log in or out of Workfront for Google Workspace, you must

Log into Adobe Workfront for Google Workspace

  1. Click the Workfront icon in the Google Workspace add-ons sidebar at the far-right of Gmail, Google Calendar, or Google Drive.

    If you have just installed the Workfront for Google Workspace add-on and you cannot see this icon, try refreshing the browser page.

  2. Click Log In in the Workfront for Google Workspace add-on.

  3. Type your Workfront domain address, such as companyname.my.workfront.com.

  4. Follow the prompts to log in to Workfront.

    NOTE
    • Workfront connects to Google Workspace using OAuth 2.0, a secure standard used by most web-based integrations for the authentication and authorization of users.
    • When you are prompted to enter the [domain or host] of your Workfront account, type it using this format: yourCompany’sDomain.my.workfront.com. Your company’s domain is usually the name of your company.

Log out of Workfront for Google Workspace

  1. If the Workfront for Google Workspace panel is not displayed, click the Workfront icon in the Google Workspace add-ons sidebar at the far-right of the page.

  2. Click the More actions icon at the top of the Workfront for Google Workspace panel.

  3. Click Logout in the menu that appears.

    This does not log you out of Google Workspace.
