Add, edit, or delete a deadline for a stage
You can adjust the deadline for proofs you create or own.
Access requirements
You must have the following access to perform the steps in this article:

*To find out what plan, role, or Proof Permission Profile you have, contact your Workfront or Workfront Proof administrator.
Add, edit, or delete a deadline for a stage

Hover over the proof, then click Proofing workflow to open the Workflow page.

Find the stage you want to manage, do one of the following:
table 0-row-2 1-row-2 2-row-2 html-authored no-header Add a deadline to the stage Double-click No deadline, then specify a date and time for the deadline. Edit an existing deadline Double-click the date and time in the upper-right corner of the stage, then specify a date and time for the deadline. Delete an existing deadline Double-click the date and time in the upper-right corner of the stage, then click Clear at the bottom of the Calendar box that appears. -
To save your change, click outside the deadline box.

In the prompt that appears, specify whether you want to send an email alert to reviewers.
