Enable users to access the mobile application

You can enable or disable access to the Adobe Workfront mobile app.

You must have the following access to perform the steps in this article:

Access level configurations

You must be a Workfront administrator. For more information, see Grant a user full administrative access.

NOTE: If you still don't have access, ask your Workfront administrator if they set additional restrictions in your access level. For information on how a Workfront administrator can modify your access level, see Create or modify custom access levels.

Enable users to access the mobile application

  1. Click the Main Menu icon Main Menu in the upper-right corner of Adobe Workfront, or (if available), click the Main Menu icon Main Menu in the upper-left corner, then click Setup Setup icon .

  2. Click Setup, located in the upper-right corner of the page.

  3. Expand System, then click Preferences.

  4. Select the Let people use Workfront’s mobile applications and the Workfront Outlook Add-In setting to allow users to use Workfront with the Workfront mobile app or to install and use Workfront for Outlook.
    This option is enabled by default.

  5. Click Save.
