Download documents
You can download documents from Adobe Workfront either individually or in bulk. Documents can be downloaded from any area that contains documents in Workfront.

Download documents in the legacy documents area
If your organization is on legacy Workfront storage, you will see the legacy documents area when you access documents in Workfront. For more information about legacy Workfront storage, see Differences between legacy Workfront storage and Adobe enterprise storage.
Download an individual document in the legacy documents area

Go to the project, task, or issue that contains the document, then select Documents.

Find the document you need.

Click the Download Selected icon

Download multiple documents simultaneously in the legacy documents area
You can download multiple documents simultaneously.

Go to the Documents area containing the documents you want to download.

(Optional) Select the individual documents that you want to download from the list of documents.
note note NOTE Documents linked to Workfront from Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, and so forth cannot be downloaded in bulk. -
(Optional) Select the folders that contain the documents you want to download from the list of folders.

Click the Download Selected icon

Folders are downloaded as .zip files and are limited to 4GB.
Download documents in the new documents area
If your organization uses enterprise storage, you will see the new documents area when you access documents in Workfront. For more information about enterprise storage, see Adobe enterprise storage overview.
- Go to the project, task, or issue that contains the document, then select Documents in the left panel.
- Find the documents you need, then click Download.
