Download documents

You can download documents from Adobe Workfront either individually or in bulk. Documents can be downloaded from any area that contains documents in Workfront.

Edit access to Documents

Note: If you still don't have access, ask your Workfront administrator if they set additional restrictions in your access level. For information on how a Workfront administrator can modify your access level, see Create or modify custom access levels.

Object permissions

View access to the object that contains the document

For information on requesting additional access, see Request access to objects.

*To find out what plan, license type, or access you have, contact your Workfront administrator.

Download an individual document

  1. Go to the project, task, or issue that contains the document, then select Documents.

  2. Find the document you need.

  3. Click the Download Selected icon .

Download multiple documents simultaneously

You can download multiple documents simultaneously.

  1. Go to the Documents area containing the documents you want to download.

  2. (Optional) Select the individual documents that you want to download from the list of documents.

    NOTE
    Documents linked to Workfront from Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, and so forth cannot be downloaded in bulk.
  3. (Optional) Select the folders that contain the documents you want to download from the list of folders.

  4. Click the Download Selected icon .

    Folders are downloaded as .zip files and are limited to 4GB.
