Fourth Quarter 2024 release activity for Adobe Workfront Planning

This article describes the features that are releasing for Workfront Planning during the 2024 Fourth Quarter release.

Display Options for Connected Records

NOTE
Preview release: September 9, 2024; Production release for all customers: With the 24.10 release (October 2024)

We have redesigned the Record appearance area when connecting record types. Now, when deciding how the connected records will display in the connected fields, you can select from the following options:

  • Name
  • Name and image
  • Image

Prior to this enhancement, you could select or deselect the Title toggle to display the name of the records or display just the icon or thumbnail. The Title toggle has been removed.

Export record details to PDF

You can now export a record’s details page or preview to a PDF document.

Prior to this enhancement, you could export a record’s details tab only to a Word (.docx) file.

General availability of Adobe Workfront Planning

Adobe Workfront Planning is a new offering from Adobe Workfront. The purpose of Workfront Planning is to unlock comprehensive visibility into the operational details of an organization, and answer critical business questions at each stage of the work management lifecycle.

  • Solve the problem of planning work across all stages and for all the stakeholders that participate in the work process.

  • Fully customize your workflows, from deciding what object types (or record types) your organization uses to configuring how these objects interconnect.

  • Connect to object types from other systems, creating a coherent framework for all your processes.
