Canvas Dashboards beta information

IMPORTANT
The Canvas Dashboards feature is currently only available for users participating in the beta stage. Parts of the feature may not be complete or work as intended during this stage. Please submit any feedback regarding your experience by following the instructions in the Provide feedback section below.

Please note that this beta is not available on the following cloud providers:
  • Bring Your Own Key for Amazon Web Services
  • Azure
  • Google Cloud Platform

Canvas Dashboards is a feature currently in development that allows you to easily visualize your Adobe Workfront data by adding various report types onto a canvas that offers many flexible layout options, including resizing, dragging and dropping, and more.

Enroll in the beta

  1. Click the Main Menu icon Main Menu in the upper-right corner of Adobe Workfront, or (if available), click the Main Menu icon Main Menu in the upper-left corner, then click Dashboards.

  2. In the upper-right corner of the page, click the Join the Canvas Dashboards beta button.

    NOTE
    The Join the Canvas Dashboards beta button will only be available if your organization has been invited to the beta.
  3. Review the terms in the Beta agreement box, then click Agree. You are now enrolled in the beta. Please note that it may take a few minutes for your Workfront data to become fully accessible in Canvas Dashboards.

Provide feedback

Feedback is appreciated as we develop this tool over the course of the beta. Please follow the instructions below to share your experience with us.

  1. Click the Main Menu icon Main Menu in the upper-right corner of Adobe Workfront, or (if available), click the Main Menu icon Main Menu in the upper-left corner, then click Dashboards.

  2. In the left panel, click Canvas Dashboards.

  3. Click the Leave Feedback button in the page header.

  4. On the Canvas Dashboards Beta Feedback page enter a Feedback subject and Feedback description.

  5. (Optional) In the Other details section, select the type of activity that’s related to your feedback in the Reporting activity drop-down.

  6. (Optional) Select the object type you’re leaving feedback for in the Report object type drop-down.

  7. (Optional) If there is any missing data, select the Missing expected data checkbox, then describe what data is missing in the textbox that appears.

  8. (Optional) If your feedback is related to a documentation request, select the Documentation request checkbox.

  9. (Optional) In the About you section, specify information for the following fields:

    • Customer name
    • Your name
    • Reporting role
  10. Click Submit.
