Canvas Dashboards beta information

Canvas Dashboards is a feature currently in development that allow you to easily visualize your Adobe Workfront data by adding various report types onto a customizable canvas. Please note that while we are grateful for your participation during our beta testing phase, parts of the feature may not be complete or work as intended. Please submit any feedback regarding your experience by following the instructions in the Provide feedback section below.

Beta status

Canvas Dashboards is currently in a closed beta testing phase, and is therefore subject to frequent changes. See below for instructions on how to enroll in the beta.

Participate in the beta

IMPORTANT
Canvas Dashboards is currently in closed beta, and is therefore only available to specific organizations. We continue to directly invite organizations to the beta from a waitlist of those that have expressed interest. You can add your organization to the waitlist by submitting this Adobe feedback program form. Additionally, organizations that have purchased Workfront Planning as part of their package have been given beta access in order to test cross-product reporting capabilities.
Eventually we will transition to an open beta, at which point the enrollment process will become available to all organizations.

Enroll

To enroll in the beta:

  1. Click the Main Menu icon Main Menu in the upper-right corner of Adobe Workfront, or (if available), click the Main Menu icon Main Menu in the upper-left corner, then click Dashboards.

  2. Click the Join the Canvas Dashboards beta beta button in the top-right corner of the page. Note that this button will only be available if your organization has been invited to the closed beta.

  3. Read the terms, then click Accept. You are now enrolled in the beta; please note, however, that it will take a few minutes for your Workfront data to become fully accessible in Canvas Dashboards.

Provide feedback

Feedback is appreciated as we develop this tool over the course of the beta. Please follow the instructions below to share your experience with us.

  1. Click the Main Menu icon Main Menu in the upper-right corner of Adobe Workfront, or (if available), click the Main Menu icon Main Menu in the upper-left corner, then click Dashboards.

  2. In the left panel, click Canvas Dashboards.

  3. Click the Send Feedback button at the bottom-right corner of the page, then enter your feedback in the form that appears and click Submit.
