Access requirements

You must have the following access to perform the steps in this article:

Adobe Workfront plan

Locate work items

  1. Click the AI Assistant icon AI Assistant icon near the upper-right corner of the screen.

  2. Enter a prompt such as

    • Find my tasks due this week
    • What issues are in project “Spring Campaign”
    • Find projects in Current status

    AI Assistant may take a few moments to locate the information, depending on how large or complex the prompt is and how many records it needs to search.

  3. View the response in the AI Assistant panel.

  4. (Optional) To go to the work item, click the link in the AI Assistant panel.
