Check document storage limits

While there are no restrictions on the types and sizes of individual files that users can upload to your Workfront instance, there is a limit on your Workfront Plan on the total amount of storage used by your Workfront instance. As an Adobe Workfront administrator, you monitor your instance’s document storage from the Setup area.

Legacy licenses overview* You must be a Workfront administrator. For information on Workfront administrators, see Grant a user full administrative access.

*To find out what plan, license type, or access you have, contact your Workfront administrator.

Check document storage

  1. Click the Main Menu icon Main Menu in the upper-right corner of Adobe Workfront, or (if available), click the Main Menu icon Main Menu in the upper-left corner, then click Setup Setup icon .

  2. In the left panel, click System > Customer Info.

  3. In the Basic Info section, find Storage Quota. Here, you can view how much storage you’re currently using as well as the total amount storage your Workfront Plan includes.

The storage quota is refreshed daily to show the most up-to-date count.

NOTE
This limit does not apply to documents you link to Workfront from any other third-party service provider (SharePoint, Google Drive, Webdam, Box, Dropbox, any other Document Asset Management provider).
