Prerequisites
Your organization’s instance of Workfront must be onboarded to the Adobe Business Platform or the Adobe Admin Console.
If you have questions about onboarding to the Adobe Admin Console, see the Adobe Unified Experience FAQ.
Adobe Identity Management System (IMS)
As part of the move to the Adobe Unified Experience, your organization now uses Adobe’s Identity Management System to authenticate users. This means that you log in to Workfront through Adobe, instead of directly in to Workfront. Adobe IMS also requires that Workfront administrators handle user management in the Adobe Admin Console, instead of in Workfront.
For information on logging in to Workfront in the Adobe Unified Experience, see Log in to Adobe CX Enterprise in this article.
For information on user management in the Adobe Admin Console, see the article Manage users in the Adobe Admin Console.
