The following features fall under the standard release cycle and will start to be released on November 6, 2026, with a phased rollout of remaining features over the subsequent weeks. Release features and dates are subject to change. Please check next to each feature for its status.

Plan Campaigns skill: CX Enterprise Coworker for Marketo Engage can now turn a campaign brief into a complete Marketo Engage program setup document. The document includes folder structure, smart campaigns, email configurations, tokens, and a QA checklist. This helps teams launch campaigns faster and standardize program setup. The skill is configurable via markdown.

Callable Agents: Create AI agents that run as a flow step in your smart campaigns and act on a lead record based on instructions you write in plain language. For example, an agent can normalize a lead's data or flag likely bots, then write the result back to fields on the lead. This brings judgment-based lead processing into your campaigns without custom code.

Clone to This Program/Folder: Cloning operations across Marketo Engage now consistently offer a "This Folder" or "This Program" option as a first choice when choosing the destination of the cloned asset. Choosing this option clones the asset to the parent program or folder of the current asset.

Instant alert on CRM sync: Enabling or disabling the native CRM sync for an environment now triggers a notification to users who are subscribed to the CRM notification channel.

Deprecation of Classic UI: The Marketo Engage interface now has a refreshed look, including updated menus, icons, and layout for a cleaner, more modern experience. It is a visual update only; no existing functionality or workflows are changed. You can currently switch between the Classic and refreshed interfaces using a drop-down menu, but the Classic interface will be retired by the end of the January 2027 release (exact date to be determined soon).
Deprecation of Grab Images from Web: To conform to modern security and privacy best practices, the Grab Images from Web feature will be deprecated as of the November release.
API Name Restrictions for Custom Activity Attributes: API Names for Custom Activity Attributes created via the API or UI may now only contain alphanumeric characters and underscores, and must begin with an alphanumeric character.
Static List Size Limits for Get Lead Activities and Get Lead Changes: As of September 30, 2026, calls to the Get Lead Activities or Get Lead Changes endpoints which include the listId parameter began to fail with a 1003 Error Code (indicating that the target static list has too many records) if the target lists contain 10,000 or more leads. Consult the Migration Guide for additional information.
