Determine implementing a 1:1 sync with your CRM or applying filters to limit who moves from system to system and when.

Review the total number of people and marketable people in your Marketo Engage database.
- Define blocklist criteria. Consider adding competitor's domains to your blocklist to prevent them from receiving any of your emails.
- Define Marketing Suspended criteria.

Define your criteria for bounced email addresses.

Review the people in the 'Email Invalid' category and determine if their emails need be manually reset.
