Uninstall Marketo Sales Connect from Salesforce Lightning uninstall-marketo-sales-connect-from-salesforce-lightning
Here’s how to uninstall the Marketo Sales Connect package from your Salesforce account once you start using Sales Insight Actions.
Remove Sales Connect fields from Page Layout remove-sales-connect-fields-from-page-layout

In Salesforce Lightning, click the gear icon and select Setup.

Click Object Manager.

Scroll down to and select Lead.

Click Page Layouts.

Click Lead Layout.
note note NOTE The Edit Page layout view has not been updated in Salesforce Lightning yet. -
In the console, select Fields. In Quick Find, search “MSC.” All the grayed out fields have been added to your page layout. You’ll have to delete them.
note note NOTE If none of the fields are grayed out, it means you haven’t added them to your page layout. You can skip this section. -
Scroll to the section that has your Sales Connect Custom Fields.

There are 10 types of MSC fields that can be added to this section. Remove all the fields you added, or simply delete the entire section.

Click Quick Save when done.
Remove Sales Connect Buttons from Page Layouts remove-sales-connect-buttons-from-page-layouts

In the console (Step 4 above), select Buttons. Search “MSC.” All the grayed out buttons have been added to your custom button section. You’ll have to delete them.
note note NOTE If none of the buttons are grayed out, it means you haven’t added them. You can skip this section. -
Drag and drop the MSC buttons from the Custom Buttons section to the console.

Click Quick Save when done.
Remove Sales Connect Fields from Activity History Section remove-sales-connect-fields-from-activity-history-section

Scroll to the bottom of the page to the Activity History related list section and click on the Wrench icon.

Select the Sales Connect Fields from the Selected Fields area and Click the Remove arrow. Click OK when done.
note note NOTE The abbrevation MSE is Sales Connect. It’s just the previous name, “Marketo Sales Engage.” -
Click Save when you’re done with the Leads page.
Remove Sales Connect Bulk Action Buttons from Lead List View remove-sales-connect-bulk-action-buttons-from-lead-list-view

In Salesforce Lightning, click the gear icon and select Setup.

Click Object Manager.

Scroll down to and select Lead.

Click Search Layouts.
-
Click the arrow next to List View and select Edit.

Select Add to MSC Campaign, Email with MSC, and Push to MSC, and click the Remove arrow. Then click Save.
You should no longer see the buttons on the lead list view.
Remove MSC Configuration for Contacts remove-msc-configuration-for-contacts

In Salesforce Lightning, click the gear icon and select Setup.

Click Object Manager.

Scroll down to and select Contact.

Click Page Layouts.

Click Contact Layout.

Repeat steps from all three sections.
Remove MSC Configuration for Opportunity remove-msc-configuration-for-opportunity

In Salesforce Lightning, click the gear icon and select Setup.

Click Object Manager.

Scroll down to and select Opportunity.

Click Page Layouts.
-
Click Opportunity Layout.
Opportunity view has only one button - “Send MSE Email” and the following fields:

In Salesforce Lightning, click the gear icon and select Setup.

Click Object Manager.

Scroll down to and select Account.

Click Page Layouts.
-
Click Account Layout.
Account view has only one button - “Send MSE Email” and the following fields:

In Salesforce, click the + tab on the top of your screen.

Click Customize My Tabs.

Select the Marketo Sales Outbox option from the right. Click the Remove arrow, then click Save.
Delete Sales Connect Package delete-sales-connect-package
Once you’ve removed all the objects from your Salesforce Account, follow the steps below.

In Salesforce Lightning, click the gear icon and select Setup.

In the Quick Find box, enter “Apex Classes.”

Click Delete next to all “MarketoSalesConnectionCustomization” or “MarketoSalesEngageCustomization” entries on your list.
