Program statuses are the checkpoints through a program’s path (channel). If you make a status by mistake or no longer need it, you can delete it.

Go to the Admin area.

Click Tags.

Select the channel you want to remove a status from, then under Tag Actions, click Edit.

Click the red X to remove the status, then click Save.
note tip TIP If any person is currently assigned to the status in question, you cannot delete it, but you can hide it.
You can also delete an entire channel if you need to.
