On-Demand Webinars for Interactive Webinars: On-Demand Webinars allows you to publish the webinar recording as well as track its visits/watches. This will help you obtain more leads through registrants who did not attend the webinar (no-show) but are still interested in finding out more details and viewing the recording.
Conversational Landing Pages: Embed a Dynamic Chat Conversational Flow directly into a Marketo Engage Landing Page so visitors can schedule a meeting through Dynamic Chat without having to fill out a form or interact with a chatbot.

Filtering Email Bot Activity: Improves capturing bot activity for email engagement by allowing you to choose how aggressive you want bot activity identification filtering to be.
Bulk Lead Import API Update: A minor adjustment has been made to the Bulk Lead Import API's behavior when id is specified as the lookupField during job creation. If a person record linked to the provided id is not found in the Marketo Engage database, no record update will occur, as the record cannot be located. The updated behavior now includes incrementing the count in the numOfRowsFailed property within the response, signaling that the operation has failed in such cases.

Co-hosts for Interactive Webinars: Co-hosts in the Webinar Team section of Interactive Webinars allow the event creator to add internal or external users to the Interactive Webinars program to share administrative and delivery responsibilities.
Remove a User in Interactive Webinars: A Marketo Engage Admin can now remove a specific user(s) in Interactive Webinars.

One-Click List-Unsubscribe Update: Gmail and Yahoo have implemented several new sender requirements that took effect on February 1, 2024. Learn what they are and how they affect you.
Sync Lead API Update: The Sync Lead API’s behavior has been adjusted slightly concerning updates to the unsubscribed field. Now, when you pass null as the value, it is equal to passing a value of false.
Marketo Engage Forms jQuery 1.x: In our January 2024 release, we’ll be updating the jQuery for Marketo Engage Forms to jQuery 3.x. This may impact custom Form implementation relying on older versions of jQuery. Learn more here.
Email Verification for SSO Only Users: SSO Only users used to be automatically verified, allowing them to use an inaccessible email account. Starting in mid-January, all existing SSO Only users will become unverified and be asked to reverify their email via a link we send to the email account. All new SSO Only users will need to verify their email addresses going forward.
