Export a custom form as a PDF

Sharing this with stakeholders ahead of your monthly video content review meeting ensures conversations are focused, productive, and directly aligned with campaign goals.
Since not everyone has access to Workfront, you can export that data into a PDF by navigating to the custom form and locating the custom form you want to export in the Details section. Click the Export icon, and a drop-down menu appears showing all custom forms attached to the object, including the Overview section.
Select the form or forms you need, and click Export at the bottom of the list. A formatted PDF will download to your device. So, when you want to share information with people who don’t have Workfront access, exporting custom forms as PDFs is an easy and effective way to get critical details into their hands.
