Submitting request to Adobe submitting-request-to-adobe

As a v7 user, to be able to proceed further, make sure that Adobe Identity Management System (IMS) is enabled on your system. Learn more.

Once Adobe Identity Management Service (IMS) is enabled for your organization, you can request provisioning of the Experience Cloud Audience integration with Campaign. To do that, send an email to Digital-Request@adobe.com with the following information:

Request Type
Configure Audience - Campaign Integration
Organization Name
Your organization name
Organization ID
Your Organization ID.
