Short video that walks through AEM Forms Workbench User Interface
Transcript
Adobe Experience Manager, or AEM Forms Workbench, is a component of Adobe Experience Manager Forms. AEM Forms Workbench streamlines the form and document design process, offering a range of features to create engaging, dynamic, and personalized forms and documents within the Adobe Experience Manager ecosystem. In AEM Forms Workbench, an application is where you manage all the assets that are required for implementing an AEM form solution. As you can see here, we have several different forms applications. In AEM Forms applications, we have Data Model, Forms, and Process Assets. As we expand the Adaptive Forms application and click on the main process, here Generate PDF, you can view the process in the center. At the bottom, we have Process Variables and Validation Reports. If we were to double click on a step, we can see the properties of each step appear on the left. As I expand each one of the properties of the steps in the process, you can see the additional configuration parameters and variables. As you can see, each step has specific configuration parameters and a robust set of options available. Creating a new variable is very easy. Simply click on the green plus sign. By default, the required data type, in this case, document, is defaulted. In my next video, I will step through creating a new process.
