How to purge process records from the Job Manager

Hello everyone, in this video we are going to take a look at how to purge process records from job manager database. When a long-lived process is invoked, large amount of data may be generated, which may result in low performance of AEM Forms and low disk space. So it becomes important to purge process data which helps to free up space in disk and deletes obsolete data which is not referenced. So AEM Forms provide several means to purge process data. Log in to Admin UI console and traverse to job purge scheduler under health monitor. Fill in the details whether you want a one-time purge or regular automatic purges. And under purge completed records filter specify the number of days or weeks after which a record is deemed obsolete and ready for purging. Specify when to begin the purge and click on start scheduler. For example, this information will automatically purge data after every week starting from the current time. And the records are deemed obsolete and are ready for purge after 30 days. So this is how you purge process records from job manager database. Thank you.
