[AEM Forms 6.5]{class="badge informative"}
Cloud services configuration in AEM allows you to create integration between AEM and other cloud applications.
The following video will walk you through the steps needed to create cloud services configuration to integrate AEM with Acrobat Sign
Transcript
Hi, in this video, we’ll create a cloud services configuration to integrate AEM forms with Adobe Sign. So before we do that, you need to make sure that your AEM instance is SSL enabled. So the first thing we need to do is to create a configuration container and to do that, I have go into the tools menu and go into the configuration browser and click on create to create our container. So the container name is going to be called AdobeRocks and make sure you select the cloud configuration option here and click on create.
So this creates our configuration container. The next thing that we need to do is to create the actual configuration and place it in this particular container that we created. So to do that, you go into experience manager, go back to the tools menu, select cloud services, and go into your Adobe Sign configuration here.
Select the configuration container that we had created earlier and click on create.
Provide a meaningful title here. So I’m going to call AdobeRockswithSign.
Before you click next, there are certain important things that you need to do. The first thing you need to do is to click on the browser URL, copy the URL that is there and go back to your Adobe Sign application that we had created earlier. So this is our Adobe Sign application and click on configure OAuth for application here. In the redirect URL, copy and paste the URL that we had copied earlier and make a note of the client ID and the client secret keys. So these two keys will be used to connect our cloud services configuration with this particular Adobe sign API application. So save your API application with the new redirect URL and go back to your sign configuration in the AEM site, click on next here, there are three things that you need to specify here. The first is auto URL, by default it’s uses NA1 as the database shard, but depending on your Adobe sign account, this may change. Please ask Adobe sign support to get the actual auto URL, then specify the client ID and the client secret here. So I’m going to copy my client ID, client ID, and copy my client secret.
And you can select enable Adobe Sign for attachments and click on connect to Adobe sign.
So Adobe sign was successfully connected and make sure you click on create to finish the process of creating your cloud services configuration here. So click on create.
So this creates your Adobe Sign configuration, which can then be used when you’re altering in AEM forms. -
