Whether you’re applying for a mortgage or opening an account, you’re typically required to fill and sign multiple forms. With the integration of Adobe Sign and AEM forms, the process of filling and signing multiple forms can be easily automated. Instead of sending the users links for individual forms, we can now send one link and the user has a seamless experience of filling and signing multiple forms. The use case starts with the customer service agent filling out a form that needs to be sent to the customer. So in this case, the customer service agent has filled out the form with the necessary information. There’s a customer’s name and email and the customer service agent selects the appropriate forms that he or she wants the customer to fill and sign. So in this case, there are these two forms that the customer would need to fill and sign. So when I click on the submit button, an email notification gets sent to the customer and in that email notification, instead of giving multiple links to different forms, we just have one link that takes them to the package of forms that the customer needs to fill and sign. So once the user clicks on the link that he got in the email notification, he’s presented with the first form that needs to be signed in the package of forms. So as you can see, this first form has a customer name pre-operated from the information entered in the previous form and the user has entered the property address and I’m going to sign this form using the Adobe Sign integration with AEM forms. So the document that needs to be presented to the user is being generated and that will be presented to me pretty shortly with the data that was entered in the form. So this is the document and here I’m going to sign. Apply and then finish the signing process. So here I will have a link to start filling out the next form in my package. So here is the button to open the next form. So the next form is the consent form and as you can see, this form is also pre-populated with the information from the previous form. So the name is pre-populated. I’m going to click on the next button to start the signing ceremony. The document is being prepared in the background and is presented to me. That’s the consent form document and I’m going to sign here and finish the signing process. So far, I have signed two documents in my package and when I click on this, I’m going to get this message which tells me that I have signed all the required documents in the package and there is no further action that needs to be taken by me. So this way, you can easily send multiple documents to the user for filling and signing in one link instead of sending the user multiple links to various forms to fill and sign.
