The Acrobat Sign Mobile app is a companion for Acrobat Sign Solution Service. You can send documents for signature, sign documents, track the signing progress, and get real-time updates all on your mobile device. iOS mobile users can enable push notifications in their Acrobat Sign app. These notifications keep you informed about new documents requiring your attention. It looks like I have a document that needs signing, so I’ll just tap the notification and it launches the Acrobat Sign Mobile app. First make sure you’re logged in and then on the home screen you’ll be able to send documents for signature, sign documents, and track their progress. In this tutorial we’re just going to show how simple it is to sign a document. The waiting for you panel lists documents that have been sent to you for signature. Simply tap any document on the list to sign. You can use reading mode in the lower left corner to reflow text to catch the fine print. Zoom in or out to change the text size. In this document my name and the date have been automatically entered for me, so all I need to do is sign. Simply tap the pen to start the process. I’ll tap the blue field with a pen icon. When you first attempt to sign a document using Acrobat Sign you’re prompted to create and save your signature for future use. At any time you can modify or delete your saved signature. You can create your signature by typing, drawing, or by using a camera image. If you choose to use the camera image you’ll need to allow access to your camera or photos. Check save if you want to reuse the signature in the future and then tap done. It’s that simple to sign a document on the go using the Acrobat Sign Mobile app.
