This workflow follows Robin Sanders, a hiring manager with Panamore Partners, who needs to kick off the onboarding process for a new hire. Janet Davis from her Workday dashboard. Robin begins the onboarding process for a new hire. Robin adds Janet’s personal information into Workday and then select submit once submitted. Robin has successfully initiated the onboarding process and Workday for Janet to begin her onboarding process. Janet logs into her Workday account on her dashboard. She sees a document that needs reviewing as part of her onboarding with Panamore Partners. Janet needs to review and sign an NDA. When she selects the document, it automatically opens in a browser. No need to download or install any software. Janet can review the document in full or she can select the start. Take. She just needs to select the click here to sign feel. Janet has a variety of signature options to choose from, including typing, drawing, adding an image of her signature as well as the ability to sign from her mobile device. After choosing to type her signature, Janet enters her name and selects apply her legally binding signature is added to the document to complete the signing process. Janet first agrees to the terms and then selects click to sign. At this point she is presented with a screen that allows her to download a copy of what she just signed when she selects clothes. Janet also has the option to add additional comments before she submits her signed agreement. When Janet returns to her Workday dashboard, she sees her task item was successfully submitted and is now complete. Now let’s see what the approval and cosigner experiences like. As Robin, the hiring manager, continues with her day. She receives a notification from her work day dashboard. And just like Janet, Robin selects E sign by Adobe Acrobat Sign to review and sign the agreement. First, she needs to agree to the privacy policy so she selects continue. Robin is also directed by a start tag indicating where she needs to begin. First, she needs to enter her job title and then selects click here to sign. Like Janet, Robin can choose from a variety of signature options, including typing, drawing, adding an image of her signature, as well as the ability to sign from her mobile device. After typing her signature, Robin select supply. Robin accepts the terms and selects click to sign. Now, both Janet and Robin have signed the agreement. At this point, Robin is presented with the same screen we saw earlier that allows her to download a copy of what she just signed when she selects close. Robin also has the option to add additional comments before submitting the final agreement. Now let’s take a look at the completed document experience from Janet’s Workday dashboard. She can view her completed onboarding documents, including the Panamore Partner’s NDA agreement when she selects actions and then worker history. She can see the agreements process history as well as view the original document and final PDF. Not only is the document stored in Workday, but Janet can also download a copy of the sign agreement. Adobe Acrobat Sign adds a tamper evident seal denoted by the blue bar across the top of the document to keep it secure. And that’s just how easy and efficient it is to get new hire documents automatically rooted and legally signed using Acrobat Sign from within Workday.
