In the Journey Optimizer audience workspace, you can also take advantage of robust content management capabilities, data governance tools, and sensitive data alerts. Use a simple drag-and-drop interface to select from a list of attributes when building an audience or compose an audience from an existing group.

The Enrich options in Journey Optimizer make it easy to use attributes to increase personalization, such as the address and hours of a customer’s preferred store.
