Transcript
Adobe Journey Optimizer supports push notifications so you can engage mobile app users at any time with personalized targeted messages. To build your own push notifications, select Create campaign. On the Campaign Properties page, set the baseline criteria for your campaign, including key details like Name and Description. Then select the Action the campaign performs.
For Push notifications, you can choose the application where the push notification will go. Next, customize your audience by selecting targeting criteria, Filters and more. Now begin creating content. In the Action section, the Edit content button displays a live preview of what your notification will look like on a device. Enter a Title and body text and define what happens when the user clicks the notification. You can easily select media to include an image in the notification bubble that makes your content more engaging. Journey Optimizer also allows you to add personalized tokens that dynamically insert specific values like a user’s name, then finalize notification details and get a glimpse of what your audience will see. Now you’re ready to take your push notification campaign live. Push notifications in Adobe Journey Optimizer provide you with a timely way to connect with your audience at just the right moments.
