Adobe Journey Optimizer includes an intuitive drag-and-drop interface to orchestrate multi-step customer journeys from a single canvas. To design your customer journey, begin by locating Journey Management and selecting Journeys. Next, select Create Journey. Once the panel opens, use the drag-and-drop tools inside Journey Optimizer to design pathways that form a customer journey. Use Events, such as customer behavior, to trigger experiences. Then use actions to engage customers through the channels of your choosing. Journey Optimizer enables you to build actions that send messages across inbound and outbound marketing channels. You can create custom actions, even if you use a third-party system to send messages. Journey Optimizer also helps you deploy real-time one-to-one messages sent instantly through any channel when an event is placed on the canvas. You can orchestrate journeys through split paths, so audiences receive experiences personalized to their unique preferences, behaviors, and needs. Then use the drag-and-drop interface to easily add, modify, or remove any step in the journey. Journey Optimizer also includes testing capabilities so that you can optimize customer engagement strategies before journeys go live. From audience-based campaigns to one-to-one customer experiences, Adobe Journey Optimizer gives you total control over every touchpoint.
