Author an MMS message

Hi, this is Mike Maffeo and I’m here to talk to you about MMS. We’re going to use MMS in a journey setting. So we’re going to go into journeys. I’m going to create a journey, identify a read audience to start with, go ahead and add the SMS action to the canvas. I edit content and I am here and you’ll see a toggle there for MMS. You would turn that on. You’d provide the message. You’d provide a title and you would provide the media. The media needs to be a URL and you’ll see these show up in the display on this page and this is ready to go out and be sent. So the MMS message contains three parts, the message, the title and the media. Thank you.
