Hello, my name is Chris, and today I would like to walk you through the native integrations between Adobe Gen Studio for Performance Marketing and Adobe Journey Optimizer. In today’s markets, it’s often a challenge for teams to scale the generation of enterprise-grade, on-brand content quickly for activation across all digital channels. With Adobe Gen Studio for Performance Marketing, design teams can quickly generate and review high-performing, on-brand content, and then create variations tailored to different personas, locales, and marketing needs. Once approved, this content is made immediately available for Adobe Journey Optimizer, where marketers can hyper-personalize the content using the unified customer profile, and optimize the orchestration and delivery for unique, one-to-one experiences. And as we transition to the demo, the first thing I want to highlight is this is a fully bi-directional creative process. So if I have content that I’ve used with an Adobe Journey Optimizer in the past that’s performed well, such as my pumpkin spice slantay promotion, I can easily export this template and pass this over into Adobe Gen Studio for Performance Marketing. For today’s demo, I’ve already previously exported the HTML, so now let’s jump over into Gen Studio, where I can show you how to set up a new template. Now again, just like before, I’ve already created a template for today’s example, but let’s walk through the process anyway. The first thing I’m going to do is find my existing content and import that directly into Gen Studio, where I have the opportunity here to define any editable fields. Because one of the great things about Gen Studio for Performance Marketing is you have complete control. The platform will respect and retain any code that you don’t want edited, and only generate content for the editable fields that you’ve defined. Now you can see here in my case I’ve already gone through and done this for the purposes of the demo, but I could make any edits I want right here. So for today I’ve already got fields like pre-header, conditional logo graphic logic, and even the body of the message already predefined as tags, so I’m ready to go. So at this point I could go ahead and publish out this template for use, but since I’ve already done that for today’s presentation, I’d like to now walk through a couple more elements available within Gen Studio to help this generative content. First thing I want to highlight is the brands component available within Gen Studio. This is where I can control things like brand voice guidelines, image guidelines, and even channel guidelines to further define the content. I can also create personas where I define the qualifying traits about the intended audience for this promotion, and details about the products itself, including value proposition, messaging preferences, and more. Now we can bring all of this together to create an email right within Gen Studio that we can then use within Adobe Journey Optimizer. So the first thing I’m going to do is navigate to the template that I’ve uploaded, and make sure I include the brand, persona, and product before applying a prompt down at the bottom to promote the seasonal flavor in both hot and iced varieties. The last thing I’m going to do is select some pre-approved image assets from my library that might be used as part of this promotion. I’ll select a couple here and let Gen Studio do the work for me. Now that I have all of my parameters in place and my pre-approved content, I can let Gen Studio go ahead and create some options for me. Now as this runs, let me go ahead and highlight the significance of what’s actually going on here. Gen Studio for Performance Marketing is going to take all of the guidance that we’ve provided, along with the pre-approved assets and template, to generate first the subject line and preheader, before then going through the body of the template itself and looking for those editable fields to generate title, text, and then use one of the pre-approved image assets we’ve provided right within the body of the message. Let’s then go ahead and use those same brand guidelines to then score itself and then provide us with details about any advice on what to fix within each template. In fact, if I go ahead and click in here on this one template, it’s going to give me very clear guidelines on any guidance that it can provide around what to change to get further brand compliant. I can see, for example, I might use emoticons in the subject line and it can give me clear guidelines in the brand voice about any edits I might want to make to make sure I’m being fully brand compliant. I can click into different areas to find exactly where I need to fix so that I can make any edits here right within Gen Studio. Once I’ve made any final edits, I can send this out for approval to make sure it’s going through the appropriate review processes before I ultimately publish this content to make it available within Adobe Journey Optimizer. I’ve already gone ahead and done that for some existing content today, so now let’s hop back over into Adobe Journey Optimizer, where I can swap out the template that I’ve used previously and import content directly from Adobe Gen Studio for performance marketing. Here, I can take any of the approved, published assets and import those directly for use within Adobe Journey Optimizer. I can save these assets so that they’re hosted in a place that I can directly use them with any of my email marketing campaigns. And that’s all there is to it. In a matter of minutes, I was able to take existing approved and performing content from Adobe Journey Optimizer and use it as a starting template to design new on-brand content at scale within Adobe Gen Studio for performance marketing. With this one-time setup, I can now use the same template in conjunction with the generative capabilities in Adobe Gen Studio to create countless variations of enterprise-grade, highly performant, and on-brand content. Thank you for taking the time to walk through this integration with me today. My name’s Chris, and as always, I’ll see you in the next video.
