SMS generation with the AI Assistant
Once you craft and personalize your SMS messages to suit your audience, elevate your communication with the AI Assistant in Adobe Campaign Web, powered by innovative AI technology.
This tool provides intelligent suggestions for refining your content, ensuring that your messages resonate effectively and maximize engagement.

After creating and configuring your SMS delivery, click Edit content.

Fill in the Basic details for your delivery. Once completed, click Edit content.

Access the Show AI Assistant menu.

Fine-tune the content by describing what you want to generate in the Prompt field.
If you need assistance crafting your prompt, access the Prompt Library, which provides a diverse range of prompt ideas to improve your deliveries.

Tailor your prompt using the Text settings option:
- Communication strategy: Choose the most suitable communication style for your generated text.
- Tone: Ensure the tone of your email resonates with your audience. Whether you want to sound informative, playful, or persuasive, the AI Assistant adapts the message accordingly.
- Text Length: Use the slider to select the desired length of your text.

From the Brand assets menu, click Upload brand asset to add any brand asset containing content that provides additional context to the AI Assistant, or select a previously uploaded one.
Previously uploaded files are available in the Uploaded brand assets drop-down. Toggle the assets you wish to include in your generation.

Once your prompt is ready, click Generate.

Browse through the generated Variations and click Preview to view a full-screen version of the selected variation.

Navigate to the Refine option within the Preview window to access additional customization features and fine-tune your variation to your preferences:
- Use as reference content: The chosen variant serves as the reference content for generating other results.
- Use simpler language: The AI Assistant helps you write clear, concise messages that everyone can understand.
- Rephrase: The AI Assistant rephrases your message to keep it engaging for different audiences.
You can also change the Tone and Communication strategy of your text.

Click Select once you find the appropriate content.
