Once you have created and personalized your emails, use the AI Assistant Content Accelerator in Adobe Campaign Web in Campaign powered by generative AI to take your content to the next level.

The AI Assistant Content Accelerator in Adobe Campaign Web can help you optimize the impact of your deliveries by generating entire emails, targeted text content, and even images specifically tailored to resonate with your audience. This optimizes your email campaigns for better engagement.

With your email campaigns, you can use the AI assistant to generate full email, text or images. Explore the tabs below to learn how to use the AI Assistant Content Accelerator in Adobe Campaign Web.

Full email generation

In the following example, we will leverage the AI Assistant Content Accelerator in Adobe Campaign Web to refine an existing email, customizing it for a special event.

  1. After creating and configuring your email delivery, click Edit content.

    For more information on how to configure your email delivery, refer to this page.

  2. Personalize your layout as needed and access the AI Assistant menu.

  3. Enable the Use original content option for the AI Assistant to personalize new content based on the selected content.

  4. Fine tune the content by describing what you want to generate in the Prompt field.

    If you are looking for assistance in crafting your prompt, access the Prompt Library which provides a diverse range of prompt ideas to improve your deliveries.

  5. You can toggle the Subject line or Preheader to include them to the variant generation.

  6. Tailor your prompt with the Text settings option:

    • Communication strategy: Choose the most suitable communication style for your generated text.
    • Tone: The tone of your email should resonate with your audience. Whether you want to sound informative, playful, or persuasive, the AI Assistant can adapt the message accordingly.

  7. Choose your Image settings:

    • Content type: This categorizes the nature of the visual element, distinguishing between different forms of visual representation such as photos, graphics, or art.
    • Visual intensity: You can control the image’s impact by adjusting its intensity. A lower setting (2) will create a softer, more restrained appearance, while a higher setting (10) will make the image more vibrant and visually powerful.
    • Color & tone: The overall appearance of the colors within an image and the mood or atmosphere it conveys.
    • Lighting: This refers to the lightning present in an image, which shapes its atmosphere and highlights specific elements.
    • Composition: This refers to the arrangement of elements within the frame of an image

  8. From the Brand assets menu, click Upload brand asset to add any brand asset which contains content that can provide additional context the AI Assistant or select a previously uploaded one.

    Previously uploaded files are available in the Uploaded brand assets drop-down. Simply toggle the assets you wish to include in your generation.

  9. Once your prompt is ready, click Generate.

  10. Browse through the generated Variations and click Preview to view a full-screen version of the selected variation.

  11. Navigate to the Refine option within the Preview window to access additional customization features:

    • Rephrase: The AI Assistant can rephrase your message in different ways, keeping your writing fresh and engaging for diverse audiences.

    • Use simpler language: Leverage the AI Assistant to simplify your language, ensuring clarity and accessibility for a wider audience.

    You can also change the Tone and Communication strategy of your text.

  12. Click Select once you found the appropriate content.

  13. Insert personalization fields to customize your email content based on profiles data. Then, click the Simulate content button to control the rendering, and check personalization settings with test profiles. Learn more

Text only generation

In the following example, we will leverage the AI assistant to enhance the content of our email invitation for our upcoming event.

  1. After creating and configuring your email delivery, click Edit content.

  2. Select a Text component to only target a specific content. and access the AI Assistant menu.

  3. Enable the Use original content option for the AI Assistant to personalize new content based on the selected content.

  4. Fine tune the content by describing what you want to generate in the Prompt field.

  2. Fill in the Basic details for your delivery. Once done, click Edit email content.

  3. Select the asset you want to change with the AI Assistant.

  4. From the right-hand menu, select AI Assistant.

  5. Enable the Reference style option for the AI Assistant to personalize new content based on the selected content.

  6. Fine tune the content by describing what you want to generate in the Prompt field.
