Design an SMS delivery

To design the content of an SMS delivery, follow these steps:

  1. From your delivery page, click the Edit content button to design your SMS content.

  2. On the Edit content page, customize the sender name by accessing the Sender field and entering the preferred name.

    Additionally, click Open personalization dialog to include personalization fields, expression fragments, and dynamic content in your message.

  3. Type your text message in the Message field, or click the Open personalization dialog option to define content and add dynamic content. Learn more

  4. By default, tracking is enabled for deliveries. Disable this option from the Optional features section if needed.

  5. Click Settings to access advanced options related to your delivery template. Learn more

  6. Access the Simulate content menu to preview your personalized content. Learn more

  7. Click Save and check your message in the preview.

Review and send your SMS message to your audience.
