Get started with campaign reports campaign-reports

The Campaign reports provide a comprehensive overview of your campaign, incorporating all pertinent information regarding the different deliveries included. These reports offer a thorough analysis of each delivery’s performance, per channel: success rates, audience engagement, and other essential metrics. They allow you to evaluate the overall effectiveness and impact of your campaign.

Manage your report dashboard manage-reports

To access and manage your campaign reports, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Campaigns menu. Click the Reports button from your campaign’s dashboard.

    Alternatively, you can use the three dots More actions button next to the campaign name in the campaign list and select View report.

  2. From the left menu, select a report from the list and navigate through the tab to display data from each channel.

  3. From your dashboard, click Select deliveries if you want to target one specific delivery included in your campaign.

  4. In the Delivery throughput menu, choose a Start and End time to target specific data.

  5. From the Pick folder field, select if you want to target deliveries or campaign from specific folder.

  6. From the URLs and click streams, you can also choose the Top visited Links or the Time period.

    The View by options allow you to filter on URLs, Labels or Categories.
