Here’s a PDF agreement where I need to make a few changes. First, I’ll need to convert the document to Microsoft Word. To do so, I’ll use the Export To command. Notice how Microsoft Word is already listed. The Settings button in the Save As dialog box includes a number of options to choose from, like retaining flowing text or including PDF comments. I’ll click Cancel to leave the setting as is. In Word, we have a fully editable document with all my original formatting and placed graphics. I’ll delete the topmost bulleted item and then delete the Discovery Days logo in the lower right. And when I’m done, I can create a new PDF file to share with my team. And that was 60 Second Acrobat.
