Did you know that you can convert a PDF to a Microsoft PowerPoint file? Let me show you how easy it is. Here’s a short 8-slide PDF. All I need to do is go to File, Export to, Microsoft PowerPoint Presentation. Then I’ll choose a location for the exported PowerPoint file. I’m going to indicate that I want to view the result in PowerPoint when it’s done. Then I’ll click Save. After processing, the file opens in PowerPoint. It’s just that easy. You can see that the file has been converted accurately. The text is editable. Images can be repositioned and formatted. And graphics can be ungrouped and edited. There are even master slides set up and ready to modify if needed. So next time that you need a PowerPoint file but all you have is a PDF, you know what to do.
