Let me show you how to take a bunch of different file types and combine them into a single PDF. So inside of Acrobat, I’ll switch to the tools panel and then come down here and click Combine Files.
Then I’ll come down here and choose the files I’d like to add. And so in here I have a bunch of different types of files. I have a couple of screens from an app design. I’ve got a PowerPoint file. I’ve got some assets from Adobe Stock and a Word document. So let’s come in here and select all of these and then click Add Files.
So now Acrobat’s going to go through and evaluate all of these assets. It’s going to show me a preview and then when it’s ready, I’ll come up here and click Combine.
And so now, if this is the first time you’ve run this, Acrobat will ask you for permission to run PowerPoint and Word. You can click OK and then when it’s done, we’ll have a brand new multi-page PDF file that we can share with our team. And that was 60 Second Acrobat. -
